"True wealth is not a metric of how much you produce, but how much of yourself you possess."  - Makuyo

In the Ga language, 'SIIKA' means wealth, luxury, extreme riches or beauty. We believe your personal and professional lives should be just as rich(er) than your bank account.

For over 20 years, I've navigated the high-stakes world of the defense industry as an Senior Engineering Lead and Technical Program Manager. I lived in the heart of the "masculine" logic, where success is measured by precision, relentless output, and the ability to perform under extreme pressure.
